Spring/Summer 2010 is the launch of Alice by Temperley, the soon to be debut of Sky’s first album and the launch of Contentmode: I thought to myself; ‘What a perfect match, I’d love to take Sky to the Manhattan boutique and style her in Alice as it’s young, directional, eclectic like this amazing, talented young artist.’

Sky Ferreira makes her way to the boutique after a long day of rehearsing for her up coming album launch, video shoot etc. She is a down to earth, UN affected 17 year old ready to have fun being styled in Alice and Temperley London and photographed for our launch issue.

Favorite moments: Sky choosing the black high waisted pants from the Temperley London collection, while I added in the Alice top, it felt collaborative and relaxed. Like a shopping moment with photos being taken. The boutique manager Virginia and Josh VIP PR made us feel like we were visiting their house, they gave us space to explore, shop, dig through the archive collection,take photos, and made sure we not thirsty.

I feel the Alice by Temperley boutique shoot with Sky set the tone for the eclectic bohemian vibe that we intend to create in our shoots in which we unite extraordinary artists with amazing RTW designers.
